I explain the why.
You should understand the reasoning behind pricing, preparation, marketing and negotiation — not simply be handed instructions.

A little about the person behind the sign...
I believe great real estate representation should give you two things at the same time: confidence in the strategy and confidence in the person standing beside you.

Clients have described feeling completely at ease knowing I was handling the details. They talk about my ability to anticipate what may be coming, bring the right people together, stay on top of the moving pieces and find solutions when something unexpected arises.
They also talk about feeling heard, protected and genuinely cared for. Both matter.
I am resourceful by nature and action-oriented in practice. Over the years, I have built long-standing relationships with trusted professionals, tradespeople, service providers and community resources. When something needs attention, I do not simply point out the problem. I start looking for the path forward — and I stay involved until the pieces come together.
What matters to me
I want you to understand why we are making each decision, feel comfortable asking the small questions, and know that I am paying attention to the details that can easily be missed when real estate becomes too transactional.
Where it started
My understanding of real estate began long before I had a license.
As a little girl, I spent time with my grandfather as he looked for properties to purchase. He would ask what I thought and, remarkably, sometimes let me choose which property he would buy. My grandmother called me his lucky charm.
Later, I worked beside my father as he invested in California real estate. We looked closely at location, condition and which improvements would add lasting value. I was hands-on, too — even helping tear off old siding and seeing firsthand what goes into repairing and improving a home.
That experience taught me to look beyond finishes and understand how a home is put together: which issues can be costly, which have practical solutions, and when the expense of a project may not be justified. It is a perspective I bring to clients when we weigh preparation, repairs and value.
A perspective that stayed with me
Those early experiences still shape the way I look at property today: with curiosity, instinct and an eye for what adds real value, what makes financial sense and where opportunity may be hiding.
The way I work
You should understand the reasoning behind pricing, preparation, marketing and negotiation — not simply be handed instructions.
I look at what buyers will notice, what may strengthen confidence, what could improve the result — and what is not worth spending money on.
When something comes up, I draw on experience, trusted relationships and local resources to bring the right people together and keep things moving.
When a move involves more than real estate
Sometimes the property is only one part of what a family is managing.
As a Certified Trust & Probate Specialist, I work with executors, trustees and families responsible for inherited property — often while they are also dealing with belongings, deferred maintenance, family decisions, timelines, financial considerations and emotion.
I also have a special appreciation for longtime homeowners when a move is part of a larger life change: moving closer to family, simplifying, relocating, or choosing a home that better fits what comes next. These transitions deserve patience, thoughtful planning and respect for the person — not simply a checklist for the property.
My role is to bring clarity to the real estate side of the situation, help determine what needs to happen and what does not, and make the next steps feel manageable.
A steady place to start
You do not have to figure everything out at once. Sometimes the first useful step is simply understanding the situation and creating a thoughtful plan.
