Strategic Preparation · Strong Representation · Genuine Care

Real estate is personal.

The right strategy
can change the result. The right representation changes the experience.

Every home, every seller and every move is different. I help you decide what matters, what does not, how to prepare and position the property, and how to protect the transaction — while keeping the experience personal from beginning to end.

Strong Representation. A Very Personal Experience.

Knowledgeable. Resourceful.
Personally involved.

Great representation should give you two things at the same time: confidence in the strategy and confidence in the person standing beside you.

Clients have described feeling completely at ease knowing I was handling the details. I anticipate what may be coming, bring the right people together, stay on top of the moving pieces and start looking for the path forward when something unexpected arises. They also talk about feeling heard, protected and cared for. Both matter.

A MORE PERSONAL APPROACHPresentation with a reason.

A more personal way to sell a home

Your home is not inventory to me.

It may be the place you raised your children, the home you inherited from someone you loved, a property that needs a little rescuing, or simply the next step in your life. That history matters — and so does getting the business side right.

I bring the market knowledge, staging eye and marketing strategy, but I also roll up my sleeves. I look at what buyers will notice, what could undermine confidence, where preparation may strengthen the result — and where spending money simply does not make sense.

My kitchen-table rule

If I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend, I won’t recommend it to you.

Sometimes the smartest plan is to sell largely as-is. Sometimes a weekend of editing, yard cleanup and styling changes everything. Sometimes more preparation is worthwhile. We choose the strategy that fits the property, the market and your goals.

One standard of service

The price point may change. My standard of service doesn’t.

Every home deserves thoughtful preparation, polished presentation, responsive communication and strong representation. As a Luxury Collection Specialist, I also bring specialized luxury-market expertise and resources when a property qualifies.

Strategic Preparation. Maximum Return. Personal care throughout.

Strategy Behind the Sale · Owens Avenue, Sunland

A mid-century time capsule hidden
beneath the surface.

Beneath worn carpet, dingy walls and years of deferred maintenance was a 1953 mid-century home with original hardwood floors, vintage details, generous light and architectural character. The strategy was not to make it new. It was to reveal the qualities buyers would value, a diamond in the rough not everyone could see.

We removed old carpet, refinished the floors, added fresh paint, simple window treatments and staged selectively — while leaving aging major systems for buyers to evaluate with full disclosure, prior to submitting their offers.

What clients remember

The result matters.
So does the experience of getting there.

The strongest description of how I work comes from the people who have experienced it firsthand.

01 · STRATEGIC PREPARATION CARE & STRONG NEGOTIATOR

“  She was always honest, positive, and caring.  She had a great eye for what needed to be done and at the same time made sure I didn’t spend money on things that I didn’t need to. She consistently went above and beyond what I believe any other relator would have done and she did it with a great spirit and a nurturing attitude.  Much negotiating and timing that went into getting the most from the sale, she was a savvy negotiator and represented my best interest each step of the way.  ”

— Kimberly Nida,  La Crescenta

02 · TRUST SALE: ANTICIPATION & PERSONAL CARE

"Many times she anticipated our needs and provided solutions before we even asked. She provided a level of care and service well beyond what we would have expected. On a personal level, Linda was very sensitive to our feelings, letting our family home of over 45 years.
She was compassionate yet at the same time professional. We could not have imagined such a satisfying outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend her."

-Susan Johnson, La Cañada Flintridge

One standard of service

The price point may change.
My standard of service doesn’t.

Every home deserves a thoughtful strategy, polished presentation and a marketing plan built around what makes it worth remembering. Luxury is a price category; a high standard of service is not.

01

Prepare with purpose

We identify what truly strengthens the sale — and what is not worth spending money on — from light editing and curb appeal to targeted repairs, styling and staging.

02

Present to be remembered

Photography, video, design and property storytelling work together so the home makes a strong impression from the very first look.

03

Launch for reach

Coming Soon strategy, neighborhood outreach, professional networking, digital marketing and broad online exposure are coordinated to build momentum.

04

Negotiate with intention

Offers are evaluated for price, terms, financing, contingencies and certainty. Then I stay closely involved through escrow, protecting the details all the way to closing.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Crest Real Estate

Local roots. Global reach.

Personalized service backed by a powerful network.

I pair hands-on representation with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices marketing, technology, digital property exposure and a global referral network — so the personal attention stays personal while the marketing reach extends far beyond the neighborhood.

Local roots

The Foothills are more than a market area to me.

I know these communities  — with their own rhythm, architecture, tradeoffs and character. That local perspective and unique community appeal matter when a home is being prepared, positioned and presented to the market.

Some things should never go out of style

Personal attention. Responsive communication. Genuine care.

And doing what you say you are going to do.

Those values shape how I work — whether I am helping prepare a longtime family home, coordinating resources for an inherited property, or representing a luxury residence. Technology and marketing continue to evolve. Personal accountability should not.

A Little More About Me

Strong Representation. A Very Personal Experience.

At the end of a transaction, of course
I want my clients to be thrilled with the result.

I also want them to remember how they were treated while we got there.
